It is important to regularly train at a level that is equal to your game, race or competition intensity to help increase your performance and to minimize injury on game day. Cone based speed drills build leg & core strength, explosive power and develop joint & tendon strength but it is your performance intensity and rep scheme that will change the work load, a good coach should be able to deliver both for you.

I am currently in the early design stages of a brand new Box 'N Burn Academy course designed to add even further to our existing Level 1 & 2 boxing & fitness certification courses. This advanced sports performance course will focus on effective coaching w/ plenty of speed, agility & explosive power drills to maximize your clients' boxing & overall performance.
